We are looking for a home in the Hartlepool area for this comedy short film. It is a fun, character-driven story, and we’re after a home that feels authentic, lived-in, and full of charm – no new builds or modern renovations, please.
Key features:
• A ground-floor property that has a bit of a hallway upon entry – terraced, semi-detached, or bungalow.
• Ideally 2–3 rooms available to film in (kitchen, living room, Bathroom). potentially use a room upstairs for wardrobe / HMU / greenroom.
• A bit of quirk or character – we love dated wallpaper, mismatched furniture, or that old carpet that’s seen a few decades
• Outside access (small front garden, yard, or street view) is a plus
• Ideally 2–3 rooms available to film in (kitchen, living room, Bathroom). potentially use a room upstairs for wardrobe / HMU / greenroom.

It will be a 3 day shoot on weekends from mid to end June or early July 2025. No large equipment or permanent structures.
We are also separately looking for a Chippy in the Hartlepool area.
