In The Frame Collective could be taking you to Aesthetica Film Festival 2026!

Thanks to funding secured by The Jospeh Rowntree Foundation, we’re able to offer 10 free places for creatives from the Tees Valley screen community to attend Aesthetica Film Festival in York on Friday 6 November 2026.

The aim is simple: to make attending Aesthetica possible for those who might otherwise be unable to go due to travel and entry costs. Each place includes:

● Help with travel to and from the festival
● A full festival day pass giving access to screenings, masterclasses, workshops and networking opportunities
● £15 towards food and drink on the day
● Support from In The Frame before and during the festival so we can help you plan your day, and we'll be around if you need us

You don't need to be an established professional to apply. If you're part of the local screen community, over 18yrs old, and feel the opportunity would be valuable to you, you're welcome to put yourself forward.

Applications close Wed 7th Oct at 8pm. The 10 randomly selected attendees will be contacted on Fri 9th Oct with further details.

Want to help someone else attend?

If you don't want to apply for a place yourself, but would like to help make the opportunity available to someone else, you can also choose to sponsor an additional place. The contribution of £82 will go towards enabling another person from the local screen community to attend alongside the funded group, with the same support as listed above.
